The Bookt Control Panel allows you to monitor, modify and control your website(s) and other online systems, accordingly.
The Dashboards
Graphical and visual representations of your business’s key metrics are displayed in the Bookt Dashboard, allowing you to view & analyze the performance of your website and your business at a glance. The Dashboard includes:
- Number of visits to your website and where they came from
- Number of leads generated to date and from what lead sources
- Total bookings, expressed in units and dollars
- SEO Score Card
- Ad Campaign ROI
Management Tools
In addition to expansive and meaningful reporting functions, Bookt provides several other interactive tools as part of the control panel feature, all designed to help you manage your business – better. These include:
- Property Manager. This function allows you to quickly upload photos, define amenities, establish rates, and create automatic rate modifications, including markups and markdowns for high and low season. All in real-time, to allow for immediate implementation giving you an edge over competitors.
- Lead Manager & CRM. This feature becomes a powerful asset as it records all leads, previous renters and hotel guests, property owners, and staff in one convenient location, and allows for cross referencing and searching among contacts.
- Lead Follow Up. Follow-up integrates your contact and lead data with action prompts. Leads are listed with tags like booked, needs more information, follow up in XX days, and uninterested. Again, another powerful feature designed to help you generate more business.

The reservation area of the Control Panel was designed with reservation agents in mind, to facilitate fast and accurate booking. If your enterprise already uses a reservation system or GDS, it can be linked into this section of the Control Panel.

We realize that every business is unique. Therefore, our control panel has been designed for maximum flexibility. Each Bookt solution is pre-configured with common settings, which can be modified or added on to according to your business needs, including:
- Define Amenities
- Define and track advertising channels and other lead sources
- Edit document and email templates
- Establish and delineate booking and other business rules
- Define predefined searches for your website home page
- Define property/room categories
- Define additional fees and taxes included in total price, expressed as percentage or flat fee
- Define unlimited number of seasons and the corresponding rate offset, making individual property rate updates quicker and more consistent
