Transparency, value, service; that is what we aim for in every aspect of doing business with you, including our pricing. Hidden charges and convoluted fees are not our style. Consistent with our partnering culture, we are upfront about all our charges, providing you with a fully itemized breakdown of what your money buys. We do this to build your trust and deliver an outstanding product that supports your business goals, so you can focus on what you do best.

Our standard package delivers a robust and integrated website solution, giving you much more bang for less buck. By utilizing plug’n’play methodology and standardized components of our unique platform, we significantly minimize programming time. This allows us to finish your website pronto, so you can be up and running, and booking more properties in no time.

Our setup and retainer fee of $4,900 is based upon 45 hours of our professional services, dedicated to developing, designing, refining and testing your website. The table below is typical of how efficiently we spend our time (and your money), leaving you in full control of your project budget.

Hosting and Subscription

Hosting and subscription fees take care of the monthly website hosting and unlimited support. If you need to add more users as you grow, these can be billed separately. From time to time, variable overage fees may occur when Bookt’s systems are fully utilized, as experienced by our successful clients. But don’t worry, that is a good sign. In any case, all fees and costs are clearly outlined in your Control Panel’s account section, once again leaving you in full control of your budget.

Techical Support

• Unlimited support with instructions that non-techies will understand, and help on how to use the system
• A toll-free telephone, in the United States, with email support available 9am to 6pm EST Monday through Friday
• After-hours emergency support, available via a special phone option

Professional Services

In addition to our standard package services, Bookt also provides a range of a la carte professional services at $120 p/hour, including;

• Web design
• Web development
• Data management
• Copywriting

More advanced services, such as custom programming or highly specialized technical needs, may carry a higher hourly rate.

Bookt’s Billing and
Payment Policies

We’ve saved the nitty gritty details until last. Following are our standard billing and payment procedures;

• Setup and retainer fees are due prior to the initial launch meeting
• Recurring fees under $1,000, such as web hosting, require a credit card on file
• Additional professional services not included in package, or overage fees, will be billed in the monthly business cycle
• Fees are pro-rated based on the number of days in the month
• Monthly billing begins on the date of the launch meeting, when access to your system and control panel is transferred to you.

Bookt Terms of Service

• You, the client, retain ownership of any data, design or content either contributed by you or developed by Bookt.
• Original design source files are available at your request.
• The Bookt Standard Package does not carry any long-term contracts or other commitments from you
• Bookt, LLC retains ownership of all platform technology, database structures, and hosting facilities.
