Data Collection and Analysis

Almost every action that occurs on a Bookt powered website (page views, lead inquiries, reservations, emails etc) is logged with all relevant details. The same is true in the Control Panel and any third party data links.

This data is a treasure trove of data for both you and Bookt. You can analyze and act on it through the many different dashboards and reports the platform offers. As a customer of Bookt, you also benefit from the aggregate analysis we do on all our solutions and the resulting improvements.

We call this process “turning our customers into data demons” as hunches and guesses are replaced with hard facts and real data.

Guess who else is operating that way? Every major Internet organization out there.

Rapid Solution Provisioning

The Bookt platform is based on what is called a multi-tenant architecture. That means that solutions share common infrastructure like code, databases and servers – i.e. just like you share plumbing and walls in a building. But that solution data, configurations and content are of course separated just like if they were tenants in separate apartments (with locked doors).

The end result is lower cost, but also more effective provisioning of new websites and solutions. We can activate new solutions based on pre-defined configurations very easily.

This is critical in white label and enterprise solutions to reach the scale that generates meaningful ROI.

Widget Based Web Development Environment

This is another term that probably needs more explanation. This means that when you create custom solutions on our platform, you don’t need to actually do any programming on the pages. Through simple markup language you can set attributes that translates into things like search forms, weather data, blog content or twitter feeds.

This allows both us and our partners to create highly sophisticated dynamic websites with a minimum of effort that are still extremely search engine friendly.

Through our sandbox program we can give you a partitioned area where only your solutions reside and then let you design and develop sites to your heart’s content.

Completely Skinnable

Bookt supports both completely custom website designs and reusable template skins. A custom design will capture the exact essence of the specific lodging company’s offering, but may add significant cost to the project. Pre-made design themes can many times be applied very quickly and only require minimal adjustments while at the same time projecting a very professional look.

We have an established process for our customers and partners to develop brand new skins, that can then apply to all or some or their solutions.
