As an entrepreneur, architect and
technology leader, Rob has over 11 years of relevant experience in building and
running advanced web solutions
Most recently, as VP of Web Development for eNeighborhoods,
he led the implementation of www.remax.com,
the most visited real estate brokerage website in the world. The website is
part of a web platform developed by Rob and his team that consists of over 100,000
websites, together receiving over 150 million page views and several hundred
thousand lead requests every month. Remax.com showcases over 3 million property
listings compiled from hundreds of different data sources. In 2007 Realogy
Corp, (owner of Century21, Coldwell Banker and Sotheby’s Real Estate) announced
that they will also will be using this platform, making it the preferred choice
for 3 of the world’s largest real estate brands. eNeighborhoods was sold to
Dominion Enterprise (formerly Trader Publishing of AutoTrader fame) in 2007.
In 2001 Rob co-founded RECHANNEL Communications, a real estate
technology company. As Vice President of Technology he was responsible for the
development and operation of REMS. REMS is a technology platform with property
search, CRM, content management and metrics modules that allows for very
flexible and scalable real estate web solutions. In 2003 RECHANNEL rolled out
helpusell.com, a portal tying together over 800 offices for the national real
estate franchise Help-U-Sell. RECHANNEL was acquired in 2004 by Siegel
Enterprises (the parent company of eNeighborhoods). It was then profitable and
had 25 employees.
Between 2000 and 2001, Rob worked in various e-commerce
initiatives, learning valuable lessons in scalability and the importance of
proper metrics.
From 1996 to 2000, Rob held technology leadership positions
at Equitrac Corporation, the world leader in intelligent print
tracking and cost recovery solutions. There he worked with advanced Internet, Wireless and
Client-Server Systems interfacing with today's most modern office equipment for
a client list which includes Fortune 500 companies like Xerox and Pitney Bowes.
Rob, a native of Sweden, received a Bachelors of Computer
Science degree from University of Borås. He has also completed graduate studies
at Florida International University. Rob resides with his wife and daughter on
Miami Beach. He enjoys travel, boating, music and skiing.
Daisy Herrera-Käll

Daisy’s background is a perfect fit
for a global travel industry company. Fluent in four languages and seasoned in
business, she has held positions in both sales and marketing.
As Sr. Account Executive with ACAMS, she sold very
sophisticated certification programs to both domestic as well as international
clients. Traveling as a representative
of ACAMS in the Caribbean and Europe she sold and secured new accounts. She has worked as an Account Executive in
the staffing industry, cruise line and the music industry. Daisy also has extensive entrepreneurial
experience. In 2000 she was the first
employee of Vista Language Services, where she was quickly promoted to Director
of Sales and Operations. In that capacity she brought in such profitable
accounts as Bank of America, Coca Cola and the Discovery Channel.
Daisy holds a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts with a Minor
in International Studies from Florida International University. Daisy lives on
Miami Beach with her husband and daughter. She is an avid traveler who enjoys
music, photography and art.
