TIP #2: LEARN THE "SOFT SELL"
Social media marketing should not be seen as a replacement for other forms of traditional sales and marketing that you are using today, successfully. Keep on doing those! Think of social media marketing as a new additional channel. And a good lesson to learn early on is that social media requires a much softer touch than traditional marketing.
