SEO Attribute Editor

As described, our SEO Friendly Lodging Platform generates dynamic pages for each important data point in your system. This gives you hundreds of additional pages to increase your Search Engine footprint. Each page automatically gets populated with optimized attributes, but you are completely in control to enhance even further. Editable attributes include:

• Page Titles – What appears at the top of the browser bar and in the search engine results.
• Page Name – Used in site maps and bread crumbs
• Proper Status Codes – 301, 404 and 500. What does that mean? Perhaps not much to you, but it means everything to the search engines
• Meta Keywords – Keywords related to your page
• Meta Description – The description that appears in search results
• URL Keyword – The actual link to the page where you can embed additional keywords

URL Mapping Tool

A common question we get is: "Will my site lose ranking if I transfer it to your platform"? We can confidently answer: "No, on the contrary", because of features like the URL mapping tool.

This feature allows a Control Panel user to scan your site prior to going live and then map all or some of your pages from your old site to the new site structure that may be slightly different. When a visitor or search engine accesses one of the old pages, they get gracefully transferred to the new version of the page with the correct status code (301 redirect).

That way, old links and indexed pages continue to work and don’t get lost during the first few months of your site transfer. After a few months your entire site is usually completely re-indexed by all the search engines.
