With connected systems we can distribute your inventory in “real time” to select partners. When you sell out a specific unit type and date, it automatically gets removed from those distribution channels. Much easier than managing a myriad of extranets.

You can continue to use your existing PMS

There are many reason why keeping your existing PMS may make sense as a temporary or permanent solution when you switch to Bookt. You may not want to retrain your staff or scrap software that you have invested heavily in.

In that case we can still provide a deep and meaningful integration. We work with leading Vacation Rental and Hotel PMS vendors and - provided that they offer an open interface to access inventory and write back reservations - we can usually make a very robust integration. In some cases where no open interfaces exist, we can still minimize data entry and automate availability updates that could otherwise be very time consuming.

If you are currently using a 3rd party channel manager, it can usually be configured to control your Bookt inventory as well.

Inventory Syndication through RSS.

RSS stands for “Real Simple Syndication” and is a way to publish various types of information across the Internet. Your inventory data could be used this way.

This is an exciting opportunity available free of charge to all existing Bookt solutions. This give 3rd party app and portal developers access to your inventory (with your permission, of course) so they can create the next killer app for your lodging company. E.g. you can use this feed to put your inventory on Facebook or take bookings from an iPhone app. The possibilities are endless…
